The widow of Boris Grachevsky, Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, on the air of the Let Them Talk program told how her husband fought COVID-19.
Arriving from work in December, the creator of Yeralash felt a slight chill. His wife gave him an express test for coronavirus, which turned out to be positive. Three days later, Belotserkovskaya fell ill. Grachevsky decided not to go to doctors officially - he consulted with a doctor he knew by phone:
“The first seven days were easy. Then he got a fever. I persuaded him to have a CT scan, but he refused. The doctor who treated her husband over the phone said that this was not necessary. When the temperature was kept for four days in a row, I shouted: "Please, I need to do a CT scan!" But I could not convince him ",
- Ekaterina recalls.
The director did not have shortness of breath and cough, he was only worried about the temperature. When the spouse nevertheless persuaded her husband to undergo CT, he had 75% lung damage:
"When he found out, he turned black."
On the same day, the star was hospitalized. For the first ten days, Grachevsky constantly called up with his wife, friends, and even gave interviews by phone.
But soon the situation worsened: Grachevsky was transferred from oxygen support to mechanical ventilation. Then the director felt a little better, but not for long:
“The day before he died, I was told that he was on hemodialysis - his kidneys had failed. I was told: "consistently heavy." The next day the doctor wrote: “Katya, everything is bad. He developed sepsis. " But even at that moment, I believed that he would cope."
Catherine learned about her husband's death in the evening when she was putting her 9-month-old son to bed. Belotserkovskaya admitted that without a child, she could hardly survive the loss.
We will remind, earlier "Rambler" reported that the widow of Grachevsky spoke about the will and heirs.
