Alla Pugacheva allocated two million rubles from her personal funds for a monument to Vladimir Shainsky at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow. This was announced by the composer's son Vyacheslav Shainsky on the air of the "Stars converged" program on the NTV channel.
“It happened completely by accident. There is a silver lining. When the press began to write that there was no monument on her father's grave, Alla Pugacheva reacted in a purely human way. The exact amount is unknown, but apparently, she gave about two million rubles. If they are not enough, they will look for more money,”
- said Vyacheslav.
The prima donna was not the only star who decided to help the musician's family:
“We could erect a monument only after a year and a half. Lev Leshchenko helped. All of this came as a surprise to us. There was an agreement that the Ministry of Culture will allocate money. At the Troekurovsky cemetery, they said that it was impossible to erect a monument right away. The land must settle down. And then people changed in the ministry, and we no longer began to ask them for help,”
- added the son of Shainsky.
Vladimir Shainsky passed away in December 2017 in the United States. He was 92 years old.
We will remind, earlier "Rambler" reported that Pugacheva gave her daughter the Assumption advice for joy in life.
