All the property of Andrei Myagkov, who died at the age of 83, should be transferred to his wife Anastasia Voznesenskaya. This is due to the absence of children from the spouses, as well as the death of the actor's parents. Star attorney Sergei Zhorin spoke about this in an interview with iReactor.
“If there are no children and the parents are not alive, the entire inheritance will go to the spouse. Because children, parents and spouse are the heirs of the first order. If there was no will, she will receive all the property,”the specialist shares.
Sergei Zhorin explains that the spouse will receive the property even if there is a certain will without her name. However, such a situation does not seem possible, since Myagkov and Voznesenskaya lived in perfect harmony for 58 years and never parted.
“Voznesenskaya can not receive the inheritance only on one condition: if she is recognized as an unworthy heir. That is, if she took any illegal actions against the testator. Which, of course, is unlikely. Most likely, she will get everything,”the lawyer concluded.
"Word and Deed" has already written that in recent years Andrei Myagkov has appeared little in theater and cinema, as well as non-social events. In one of the documentaries, director Yevgeny Kamenkovich said that the actor never came to rehearsals if his wife was ill.
