The stars of Russian show business, including Grigory Leps, Iosif Prigozhin, Leonid Agutin and Nikolai Baskov, demanded payments from the state.
Celebrities applied to the Federal Tax Service for a minimum wage (minimum wage). Today this amount is 12 130 rubles.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised payments in the amount of the minimum wage for each employee of the company affected during the crisis amid the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are caveats: during an epidemic, companies should not lay off more than 10% of their employees.
In this regard, Grigory Leps will not receive payments from the state. The singer applied for state support for his jewelry company GL Jewelry, he owns 20% of the shares. However, during the pandemic, reductions in the company amounted to more than 10%.
Producer Joseph Prigogine found himself in the same situation. Together with musician Emin Agalarov, he runs the Good Food Style restaurant business. The company also did not pass the test, because in March staff reductions exceeded 10%.
Leonid Agutin's company was left without government payments for the same reason.
However, some stars still managed to get money. Among them are singers Dima Bilan, Nikolai Baskov and TV presenter Regina Todorenko.
We will remind, earlier "Rambler" reported that Chaliapin walked through show business.
